GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. FC GOLDEN STARS hereby expressly objects to any deviating provisions of the contractual partners. Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only valid if FC GOLDEN STARS agrees to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The offer from FC GOLDEN STARS is non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes to the images shown in the shop (colors, dimensions, etc.) or descriptions are possible. By clicking the "Order" button at the end of the ordering process, a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart is placed. FC GOLDEN STARS will immediately inform you of the receipt of the order by means of an automated email. This automated email confirms that the purchase contract has been concluded.
3. Prices
All total prices are fixed prices and shown in CHF. As a club, FC GOLDEN STARS is not subject to VAT.
4. Small quantity surcharge
For all orders a shipping surcharge of CHF 7.00 will be charged.
5. Payment
Every order is made by invoice, bank transfer or Twint. The invoice must be paid within 7 days. If an invoice is paid by post, the postage must be paid by the buyer.
FC GOLDEN STARS reserves the right to only make deliveries against advance payment.
6. Shipping
All items are sent by B-Post during the purchase process.
7. Delivery
FC GOLDEN STARS only delivers to Switzerland. FC GOLDEN STARS customers can generally assume that the goods ordered are actually in stock.
8. Partial deliveries
FC GOLDEN STARS reserves the right to make partial deliveries if this appears to be advantageous for a speedy processing. This does not incur any additional shipping costs.
9. Right of return
Defective goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The customer bears the costs and risk of the return shipment. Goods without defects are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
